1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Please note, Your UserName will be publicly viewable by others who have access to the Services, and in some instances may be viewable to others who have not signed up to use the Services. We are not responsible for Your UserName and the manner in which it may be used by a Third-Party.
When You sign up to use the Services, We may assign You a unique identifying number ("ID Number") which may be publicly displayed to other Users.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. 9. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
No one under the age of 18 should use or attempt to use our Websites or Services, and if you are under 18, please do not attempt to use our Services or send any information about yourself to Kohe Lele. If We learn that We have collected personal information from a person under 18, We will delete such information.
Parents who believe that Kohe Lele might have any information from or about a person under the age of 18 may submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Policy Concerning Minors" as the subject line and in the body of Your message and request that the information be removed.
